How To Work Out If You Hate To Work Out

Gardening

Outdoor Activities

Go to the park and join a pickup game of whatever is being played there if you enjoy being outside but don’t want to commit to a league: touch football, ultimate frisbee, or soccer. You can begin moving by even playing catch.

Indoor Activities

You don’t want to cope with the heat or the cold. Indoor sports like volleyball, racquetball, or basketball may stoke your competitive spirit.
