These meals are quick and simple recipes that can be prepared in no time. It requires only a few ingredients and is ideal as a party starter!
1/2 Cup Dahi
1 tsp Red Chilli
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Green Cardamom
1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
6-7 Chicken pieces
1/2 cup Rava
1. Place the yoghurt in a bowl.
2. Add red chilli powder, pepper, salt, cardamom powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon, and cloves to this mixture. Mix thoroughly.
3. Then, for half an hour, marinate the chicken pieces in the prepared paste.
4. Then, on a dish, cover the chicken pieces with semolina and pan-fry them.
5. Garnish the chicken with coriander leaves once it has turned brown and crunchy. It is then ready to serve!
12 Deveined Prawns
3 tbsp Rice Powder
1 tbsp Chilli Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Tamarind Juice
⅓ cup Coconut Oil
1 cup Rava/Semolina
1 tsp Salt (As per requirement)
Marinate the prawns for 30 minutes to 45 minutes.
1. Combine rice powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, tamarind juice, salt, and water in a mixing bowl.
2. Combine them into a fine paste and taste it before adding the prawns.
3. Add the prawns and mix everything together evenly on both sides. Allow this to sit for 30-45 minutes.
Deep-Fry the Prawns
4. Heat the coconut oil in a saucepan.
5. Evenly coat the prawns in the Rava/Semolina and begin to place them on the Pan.
6. Fry and stir on both sides until the prawns are fully cooked and the rava coating is crispy.
7. Prawns Rava Fry is finally complete!
