Although making ice cream at home may appear complex, it is quite simple and can be done using readily available components such as heavy cream, butterscotch essence, condensed milk, milk powder, and sugar. One of the most important ingredients in butterscotch ice creams is the praline. When eating butterscotch ice cream, the addition of praline adds a crispy bite.
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp cashews
2 tbsp milk powder
1/s tsp butterscotch essence
250 ml condensed milk
ΒΌ cup sugar
1 tsp almonds
edible food color as required
1. To make this scrumptious delicacy, begin by making the praline. Add sugar to a pan that has been heated over medium heat.
2. Add chopped cashews or any other dry fruits to the sugar once it begins to melt. Cook for a few minutes before turning off the heat. Remove it from the oven and set it aside to cool.
3. Whip heavy cream with a whisker in the meantime. Next, combine condensed milk, milk powder, edible food color, and butterscotch essence in a large mixing bowl.
4. Slowly pour in the whisked cream, stirring constantly.
5. Freeze the mixture in an aluminum container for 1-2 hours.

7. Keep the ice cream in the freezer for a further 6-8 hours or overnight. Enjoy the butterscotch ice cream in crispy waffle cones.
