1 1/2 litre water,
1 tsp salt,
2 tsp olive oil,
2 cup penne pasta.
1 tsp butter,

2 tbsp maida,
1 1/2 cup chilled milk,
1/4 tsp mixed herbs,
1/4 tsp chili flakes,
1/4 salt,
3 tbsp grated cheese.
For red pasta sauce:
3 tsp olive oil,
1 tsp butter,
3 finely chopped garlic cloves,
1/2 tsp mixed herbs,
1/2 tsp chilli flakes,
1 finely chopped onion,
1 1/2 cup tomato puree,
2 tbsp tomato sauce,
1/2 tsp chilli powder,
1/2 tsp salt.
3 tbsp grated cheese,
1/4 tsp chilli flakes,
1/4 tsp mixed herbs.
Cook your pasta and set it aside to cool.
Melt butter, olive oil, and maida in a pan.
Roast it on low heat until fragrant.
Continue to whisk in the milk until the sauce thickens.
Mix in the herbs, chilli flakes, salt, and cheese. Allow cooking after thoroughly mixing everything.
In a wok, heat the olive oil, butter, garlic cloves, mixed herbs, and chilli flakes.
Cook over low heat until fragrant.
Sauté the onions in the oil.
Add the tomato puree and cook over medium heat until it thickens.
Mix in the tomato sauce, chilli powder, and salt.
Continue to cook until the red sauce is finished.
Combine the sauces and add everything to your liking.
Mix in the boiling pasta thoroughly.
For a creamier texture, add more cheese.
After thoroughly mixing everything, your pink pasta is ready to serve.
