This rich and creamy recipe is a mixture of yogurt, cashew nuts, milk, tons of spices, oh and of course the paneer. You will enjoy this dish on your first bite as it melts in your mouth. Nawabi Paneer can perfectly complement your tandoori roti and garlic naan.
To prepare this delicious recipe, all you need to do is grind the chopped onions along with some ginger-red chili powder, black pepper, garlic, and water. You also require some cashew, nuts and salt. Blend these ingredients well in the grinder.
Now, place a pan on the stove at a medium level and add some butter and oil along with dry spices. Cook well until it turns hot enough.
Add the grinded masala paste and stir it well. Let it cook till the taste of the raw onions vanishes.
Add some curd, mix it well with the masala paste, and then pour some milk into it. Let it cook for a while. Finally, add the white paneer cubes and properly blend them in the creamy texture of the gravy.
