Five million or so children were born during the war. Since the start of the war, approximately 4.8 million children have been born, according to estimates. These kids have only ever known a world filled with blood, pain, and violence.
The majority of Syrians have been forced to leave their homes.
Almost 5.5 million Syrians have crossed international borders in search of safety in Jordan, Lebanon, and Turkey. The refugees’ living conditions are atrociously bad.
Much of Syria’s infrastructure has been devastated by the war, necessitating new city and town construction. Healthcare professionals have departed, and the infrastructure for electricity is in ruins.
The camp lifestyle is not what refugees want to stay with; they want to go home. But it’s still risky for them to go back. In addition, their cities, villages, and homes have all been completely destroyed.
