Many of us buy soups from restaurants or hotels, but always having soup from outside is not good. But we worry that we can’t make the exact delicious soup. And sometimes you feel like it can be difficult for you to make it. But no need to worry. You can make tomato soup with this simple recipe. And it can also turn out to be tasty.
Here is the recipe for delicious tomato soup
Unsalted butter or margarine – 1 tablespoon, olive oil – 1 tablespoon, onion – 1, (thinly sliced), garlic cloves – 2 (peeled and crushed), tomatoes (as needed), water – 1 cup
sugar – 1 tablespoon, salt – 1 teaspoon or as preferred, freshly ground black pepper to taste, some red pepper flakes.
Heat some butter and olive oil (or whichever possible)in a large pan on medium or low heat.
Cook onion and garlic until the onion is soft and translucent, for approximately 5 minutes.
Then put the tomatoes, some water, sugar as per taste, salt as per taste, pepper, red pepper flakes, celery seed, and oregano.
Bring to a boil. Cook for some time, Reduce the flame, cover the pan, and simmer it for 15-20 minutes.
Then Remove from the flame and pour with an immersion blender. Reheat the soup until warm.
Then season it with more salt and pepper if needed.
