A shot of espresso or two spoons of instant coffee powder
150 ml milk
3 tbsp dark hot chocolate mix
1. In a cup, combine the shot of espresso and the dark hot chocolate mix. Stir it all jointly until there are no lumps left.
2. In a pan, heat the milk to the desired temperature and pour it into the cup.
3. Alternatively, if using instant coffee powder, combine it with the dark hot chocolate mix in a cup and top with a spoonful of warm milk. Mix until there are no lumps. After that, pour in the warmed milk.

2 cardamom pods
4 gm fresh ginger

2. Stir in the tea leaves and turn off the heat. Allow it to soak for eight to ten minutes before straining.
3. Return the strained flavoring milk to the pan and stir in the chocolate powder and sugar/jaggery. Stir everything together thoroughly.
4. Cook for a few more seconds, then bring to a boil to thicken our hot chocolate chai.
5. Pour into your famous mug and appreciate two of your favorite flavors in one warm beverage.
